Product Warranties

All Urias Therapy Air Splints products (manufactured in-house) carry a 12 month warranty / expiry date which is shown on the device label attached to the product.* Please be advised that if the device label is removed, this could void the product warranty which is exercised at Arden Medical's discretion.

*If you have an issue with non Urias Therapy Air Splints product, please contact us regarding warranty / expiry date. Non Urias Therapy Air Splint products lines include the following:
75-043-0 - 'Faster Blaster' Inflation Hand Pump
75-040-0 - Accoson Pocket Pressure Gauge / Manometer
75-041-0 - Accoson Combination Hand Pump / Pressure Gauge

Terms and Conditions for Product Warranties

Warranty is valid only with the order number and matching email address. The purchase of any Urias Therapy Air Splints product via a third party vendor (e.g. eBay, Amazon etc.) or from another distributor will not under any circumstance be covered by our warranty policy. If you have purchased a Urias Air Splint or any Accessories through a third party or distributor, please contact the vendor directly about your product warranty.

Any unauthorised modification to the product will automatically void the warranty.

Products must be used as the device is intended and must be applied / exercised as per the instructional leaflets provided. Do not over inflate the product beyond 40mm Hg and keep out of direct sunlight when in storage.
